Product end-user licenses you obtain via Premium Membership cannot be transferred to another user or re-sold, they have the NFR status. When a new paid product is released we will offer an additional discount to Premium Membership users. Future new product releases may be free of charge or paid, depending on our future decisions. If you have the Premium Membership all future Voxengo product upgrades will be available to you free of charge. After purchasing the Premium Membership you can freely get licenses for more than 25 products worth more than $1500 individually (all plugins currently being sold are included). Premium Membership costs a flat one-time fee and lasts indefinitely, it is a "bundle" software product license fee.
Premium Membership has no expiration period and has no hidden, monthly or yearly recurring payments. Premium Membership allows you to obtain software product licenses for any (or all) Voxengo plugins of your choice, without any additional fee.
